The District sought help for an identity campaign that would launch a number of water conservation initiatives. We developed the campaign “Everything Starts With Water,” to unify the utility’s many programs. We produced advertising carried on buses and ferries, an exhibit for the county fair, an online newsletter, and developed new Web features to help customers use less water. The District exceeded its conservation goals.

New Voice of Business
We produced a series of lectures, "Framing, Communicating and Building the New Voice of Business," to launch this nonpartisan membership organization of progressive business leaders. The series featured leading thinkers in sustainability and social entrepreneurship.

Susan Ives Communications advises on a number of initiatives including Green Plans, modeled on pioneering resource management policies in New Zealand, The Netherlands, and the European Union.
WELL Network
WELL Network, was founded women leaders concerned about the state of the environment and its implications for California’s health and economy. Its lead campaign promotes green planning—a systems approach to sustainability. The goal is to have a Green Plan in California. www.wellnetwork.org
